Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with our caps due to defective product, although they are fully inspected before shipping, or if the cap you ordered was the wrong size, you can return your cap under these conditions:

  • Contact us within 3 days after receiving your cap regarding your intent to exchange.
  • Return the cap within 7 days after receiving your cap
  • All original packaging must be included with the cap. Packaging and cap must arrive intact, exactly as received.
  • The product must be in new condition (not worn or altered) and free of any odors (perfumes, smoke, etc.)
  • EXCHANGES ONLY, NO REFUNDS.

To help ensure that you are going to be pleased with your purchase, please be careful to measure accurately with the instructions given for Hat Sizing when you order your ReCoverCap.
